The Thomas Jefferson Youth Football Program (TJYF) is established exclusively for the purpose of organizing, promoting, and governing youth football in the West Jefferson Hills School District. The goal is to provide the youth a positive and safe football program.
TJ Youth Football is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth organization dedicated to building character, confidence and sportsmanship. Some of our players will go on to compete in middle school, high school and possibly beyond, but essentially all of them will absorb and develop life-long tools in being a successful adult.
Mission is that all players see success, development, and satisfaction. We manage the Thomas Jefferson Youth Football organization efficiently so that we effectively develop young athletes in the game of football. A TJ Youth Football player learns the concepts of hard work, dedication, focus, accountability, teamwork, merit, safety and fun.
Goal is for the kids to learn that achievement and success in sports and in life start with a dream, setting goals, honoring commitments, and lots of hard work.
Core Values are Respect, Character, Leadership, Academic Achievement, Diversity and Sportsmanship.
